๐ What You Need
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix (any brand!)
- Eggs, oil, and water (look on the cake box!)
- 1 tub of vanilla frosting
- Food coloring (pink, purple, yellow, blue!)
- Rainbow sprinkles ๐
- 12 cupcake liners
๐ฉโ๐ณ How to Make Them
- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Ask a grown-up to turn on the oven (350ยฐF).
- Put cupcake liners in the cupcake tray.
- Pour cake mix in a big bowl. Add eggs, oil, and water (check the box!).
- Mix until smooth โ about 2 minutes!
- Pour batter into liners โ fill them halfway!
- Have a grown-up put them in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Wait for them to cool COMPLETELY โฐ
- Split frosting into 4 small bowls. Add different food coloring to each!
- Spread or pipe frosting on cupcakes โ make them rainbow!
- Add sprinkles! Lots of sprinkles! ๐

- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy works best!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg

- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Ask a grown-up to turn on the oven (350ยฐF).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar with a spoon.
- Crack the egg in. Mix again until it's like dough.
- Roll the dough into 12 little balls.
- Put them on a baking sheet (with parchment paper).
- Push each ball down with a fork โ make a criss-cross pattern! โ
- Have a grown-up bake them for 10 minutes.
- Let them cool a few minutes.
- Eat them and be amazed at the magic! ๐ช

- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or strawberry!)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 5 strawberries, sliced thin
- Sprinkles (optional but YES!) ๐
- A baking tray with parchment paper
๐ฉโ๐ณ How to Make Them
- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Mix the yogurt and honey in a bowl.
- Use a spoon to drop little dollops of yogurt on the parchment paper.
- Press a strawberry slice into each dollop.
- Sprinkle some sprinkles on top! โจ
- Put the tray in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Pop them off and enjoy! ๐

๐ง Mouse Pancakes

๐ What You Need
- 1 box pancake mix (or your favorite recipe!)
- Whatever the box says to add (usually milk and an egg)
- Chocolate chips (for eyes and nose!)
- Whipped cream
- Maple syrup
๐ฉโ๐ณ How to Make Them
- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Mix the pancake batter in a bowl (follow the box).
- Ask a grown-up to heat a pan on the stove (medium heat).
- Pour ONE BIG circle of batter for the face.
- Then pour TWO SMALLER circles touching the top of the big one โ those are the ears!
- When you see bubbles on top, have a grown-up flip the pancake.
- Cook 1-2 more minutes until golden brown.
- Put it on a plate. Add 2 chocolate chips for eyes! ๐
- Add 1 chocolate chip for the nose!
- Add whipped cream and syrup. Yum! ๐

๐ Strawberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 banana (peeled!)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk, or yogurt!)
- 1 spoonful of honey (if you like it sweeter)
- A few ice cubes
- A blender
๐ฉโ๐ณ How to Make It
- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- Put EVERYTHING in the blender โ banana, strawberries, milk, honey, ice.
- Put the lid on tightly! (Very important!)
- Ask a grown-up to help you blend it for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a cup with a fun straw! ๐
- Add whipped cream on top if you want to be extra fancy! โจ

๐ Mini Pizza Bagels

- 2 bagels (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or pasta sauce)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Any toppings you like! (pepperoni, olives, peppers!)

- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Ask a grown-up to turn on the oven to 400ยฐF.
- Put the bagel halves on a baking tray (cut side up).
- Spoon pizza sauce on each bagel โ spread it around!
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Lots of cheese! ๐ง
- Add your favorite toppings!
- Have a grown-up bake them for 8-10 minutes (until cheese is bubbly).
- Let them cool 1 minute (they're HOT!) ๐ฅ

- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Put everything in a big bowl.
- Stir it all together with a spoon.
- If it's too sticky, add a little more oats. If it's too dry, add a little more honey.
- Wash your hands again (you'll use them now!).
- Roll the mixture into 12 little balls (ping-pong ball size).
- Put them on a plate.
- Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Now they're ready to eat! Yummy AND healthy! ๐

- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Make a regular sandwich with bread + your favorite filling.
- Press a cookie cutter shape into the sandwich.
- Push down hard, then lift the cookie cutter up.
- Save the edges (they're still yummy!).
- Decorate! Use raisins for eyes, banana slices for ears, strawberry slice for a nose!

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- Mini chocolate chips (optional but YES!)
- Mini muffin tin + liners

- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Ask a grown-up to turn on the oven to 350ยฐF.
- Mash the bananas in a big bowl with a fork.
- Mix in the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add the baking soda and flour. Stir until mixed.
- Stir in chocolate chips (yum!).
- Put liners in the mini muffin tin.
- Spoon the batter into each cup โ fill 3/4 full.
- Have a grown-up bake for 12-15 minutes.

- Have a grown-up cut up the fruit into bite-size pieces.
- Wash all the fruit!
- Pick up a skewer stick.
- Push fruit on in rainbow order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple!
- Make as many as you want!

- A clear cup or glass (so you can see the layers!)

- Wash your hands! ๐งผ
- Spoon some yogurt in the bottom of the cup.
- Add a layer of granola on top.
- Add a layer of berries.
- Add MORE yogurt!
- Add MORE granola!
- Top with the rest of the berries.
- Drizzle honey on top!
- Eat with a long spoon so you get every layer! ๐
